Q: Do you sell slices?
A: At this time we do not sell slices online. Slices are available typically available when we are selling at events and festivals locally. 
Q: Do you take special flavor requests?
A: Yes, we love flavor recommendations! If there is a flavor that you want to special order please reach out through the Contact Us page.
Q: How are cakes shipped?
A: Cakes are baked to order. After cake has been prepared and cooled, we neatly wrap and freeze the fresh cakes. Frozen cakes are neatly packaged in durable boxes that will ship soundly to your door. 
Processing Times:
Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?
 A: We typically process orders within 3-5 business days. Our goal is to ensure optimal freshness in every delivery. All shipped packages are also insured.

Q:
 When are orders shipped out? 
A: Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure same-week delivery. We provide you with tracking to keep you aware of when your order is being delivered. If you place an order during the weekend or on a holiday, processing will begin on the next working day.

Q:
 Do you offer local deliveries? 
A: Yes, local deliveries are available from Wednesday through Friday.

Returns and Refunds:
Q: What is your return and refund policy? 
A: Since each cake is baked fresh to order we do not accept returns or provide refunds for regular orders. Although all sales are final we are open to working with you to leave you satisfied.

Q: Who is responsible for verifying the delivery address? 
A: It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address provided during the ordering process. Please double-check this information to avoid any issues with your delivery.
